and Isacord threads combined with value added services such as Wide-Frame front

Screen Printing is one of the oldest forms of producing a printed image - the process consists of creating a stencil on a piece of tightly stretched mesh and then passing ink through the mesh openings with a rubber squeegee. When it comes to high volume garment decoration, screen printing is king. SK Groups automatic screen press coupled with high end inks and printing methods allow us to produce up to 600 shirts and hour!

For short-run garment imprinting, SK Group offers two high-quality solutions tailored to your needs. For personalized names and numbers, we use durable vinyl heat press graphics—cut and applied with precision for a clean, professional look.

For full-color designs, logos, or detailed artwork, we use Direct to Film (DTF) printing. This advanced process involves printing the image onto a special film, applying a heat-activated adhesive, and transferring it directly to the garment with a heat press. The result is a vibrant, long-lasting graphic with excellent flexibility and wash durability.
