We do not provide pre-production samples for our custom apparel items. We do supply digital proofs to give you an idea of what the finished product will look like, and our team uses these proofs throughout the production process.

Art & Design

Vector artwork is best, as it will reproduce the best possible image on your product. Raster based artwork is also accepted with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at print size. Artwork of this type is considered “Print Ready” and can continue directly into the production process.

No worries! Send us what you can and our staff will work with you to touch up, edit, or recreate the artwork to the proper specifications.

While digital proofs do an excellent job of providing a general idea of the finished piece, due to the inconsistencies of various monitors and devices some variation between proof and finished product is to be expected and is unavoidable.

Unless requested prior to placing an order, all artwork will be sized to the smallest size piece in your order. Requests for multiple artwork sizes are accepted but may incur additional charges.

We will try as best as possible to match the colors in your design using our large palate of stock ink and thread colors. However, in some cases, substitutions may be needed. We reserve the right to make these substitutions at our own discretion.

The embroidery process involves converting your design into a digital file of individual stitches which are then read by the embroidery machine.  SK Group charges a one-time fee of $99.00 for this service.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Our standard delivery time for custom apparel products is 10 days from artwork approval. For all other services please allow 7 days for delivery. Delivery times on Promotional Products such as pens, mugs, lanyards, and other specialty items are subject to confirmation.

Yes! We are happy to deliver your order anywhere within the city limits of Sault Ste. Marie.

We love visitors! Once you have received your order completion notification you can stop by and pick up your product anytime 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any customized items. For blank, unprinted apparel we will accept returns within 7 days of purchase.
If your imprinted product does not match your digital proof (within reasonable limits) you may be eligible for a reprint.  Please contact us via email at thepros@skgroupinc.com and we will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.  Should your claim be approved we will require the original order to be returned prior to production of your replacements If a product exhibits a manufacturer defect (stain, rip, etc.) we will be happy to refund or replace it for you.

We will only accept cancellations with 24 hours of placing an order.  Cancelled RUSH orders may incur restocking fees.  Please check with your sales representative prior to placing your RUSH order for more details.

Unfortunately, once you approve your order, we are unable to make changes. As soon as orders are approved our team gets to work ordering production blanks and preparing artwork to supply efficient service.
