Decorated Product* – We only accept returns for manufacture defects on imprinted* products.
Undecorated Product – We only accept returns on new/unused product within 30 days of order.

*Decorated or Imprinted refers to garments that have had a logo or design applied to them by via one of our processes: Digital Imprint, DTG, Screening, Embroidery.
