Shipping, Delivery & Returns

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Our standard delivery time for custom apparel products is 10 days from artwork approval. For all other services please allow 7 days for delivery. Delivery times on Promotional Products such as pens, mugs, lanyards, and other specialty items are subject to confirmation.

  • Can I get my order delivered?

    Yes! We are happy to deliver your order anywhere within the city limits of Sault Ste. Marie.

  • Do you offer shipping options?

    We ship Canada Post anywhere in Canada. Please contact our team for more details at thepros@skgroupinc.com

  • Can I pick up my order?

    We love visitors! Once you have received your order completion notification you can stop by and pick up your product anytime 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

  • What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any customized items. For blank, unprinted apparel we will accept returns within 7 days of purchase.


    If your imprinted product does not match your digital proof (within reasonable limits) you may be eligible for a reprint.  Please contact us via email at thepros@skgroupinc.com and we will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.  Should your claim be approved we will require the original order to be returned prior to production of your replacements.


    If a product exhibits a manufacturer defect (stain, rip, etc.) we will be happy to refund or replace it for you.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We will only accept cancellations with 24 hours of placing an order.  Cancelled RUSH orders may incur restocking fees.  Please check with your sales representative prior to placing your RUSH order for more details.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    Unfortunately, once you approve your order, we are unable to make changes. As soon as orders are approved our team gets to work ordering production blanks and preparing artwork to supply efficient service.
